Shipping Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

At St. Pete Printing, we work hard to get your custom products into your hands quickly and safely. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing & Production Time

  • All items are made-to-order and begin production only after final proof approval and full payment.

  • Standard production time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on order volume and product type.

  • Rush options may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

2. Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available at our shop in St. Petersburg, FL.

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be disposed of or incur storage fees.

3. Shipping Options & Rates

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

  • Free shipping is offered for orders within Florida, unless otherwise stated.

  • For out-of-state orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately based on size, weight, and destination.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are in addition to production time.

  • St. Pete Printing is not liable for carrier delays, including weather, holidays, or service disruptions.

5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused in transit.

  • If your package is lost or damaged:

    • File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

    • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery date (or expected date) so we can assist where possible.

    • Include tracking information and photo evidence, if applicable.

6. Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will incur re-shipping fees.

7. Split Shipments

Large or multi-item orders may be shipped in multiple packages and may arrive separately.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of delivery.
