Refund policy
At St. Pete Printing, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed products tailored to your specifications. Because our products are made-to-order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Proof Approval
Before printing, we provide digital proofs for approval. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all details, including:

Spelling and grammar

Sizing and dimensions

Colors and layout

Product specifications (e.g., materials, quantities, etc.)
By approving the proof, you accept full responsibility for the final design. We are not liable for errors that were approved in the proof, even if they are later discovered.
Changes After Approval
Once a proof is approved, any changes may incur additional costs and could delay production. If production has already started, changes may not be possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is:

Defective, or

Significantly different from the approved proof (e.g., incorrect size, material, or print content not matching the approved file)
If you believe your order was produced incorrectly, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos of the item(s) and return them for inspection.
Color Matching
Please note that due to variations in screen displays and printing processes, colors may appear slightly different in print. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless Pantone or specific color codes are provided and agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to proof approval. After approval, cancellations are not accepted as materials and production time are committed.
